Hello there fabulous My Lux Boutique shoppers. Once you have received your order, please check it over. If you have received a product that you're for any reason unhappy with (why on earth would you be!) you are more than welcome to exchange or return it.
Please follow these simple steps:
- Refer to the designers address on your returns slip
- Notify the designer of your request. You have 7 days to do this after receiving the product
- Notify us of your request for a refund at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Post the item back to the designer within 14 days of receiving the item
- If you have lost your returns slip or for some reason the Designer forgot to include it, please email email@example.com to obtain the return address information.
My Lux Boutique will refund moneys due back into your account within 14 days of receiving your retuned item. Please notify us of your wish to return the item!
Items must be returned in a resalable condition: unworn, with all original packaging and tags intact. Failure to do so may result in a rejected refund.
Customers returning items must obtain proof of postage.
Please note that items made to order / personalised / customised are NON REFUNDABLE.
How do I cancel my Order?
Oops, don’t worry these things happen! Drop us a line at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to stop it before the designer sends it. However sometimes it may be a little too late so simply return the item back to the designer within 14 days for a full refund.
